  • Where is the store based?

    Vail, AZ

  • Store Hours

    Just a Thot designs will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
    Emails will be read and answered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. Holidays excluded.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    US and Canada only. Contact the store for further details.

  • How long will it take to get my item ready for shipping?

    All orders are handmade at time of order. Depending upon items already logged, it could take 1 to 6 weeks to complete your order.
    Payment is to be made through PayPal at the time order is placed.
    An email will be sent with tracking number when the order is shipped.
    All orders will be approved through an acceptance email. Once you have accepted the details of your order, you will have 4 (four) working days (not including weekends or Holidays), from the date of acceptance, to make any changes.

    Digital files will be emailed within 48 hours (not including weekends or Holidays) to the email address listed on your PayPal account.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All products are handmade to order. It will take 1-4 weeks to make from start to finish of each product, depending on how many orders are logged.
    Once the order has been completed, a confirmation email with a tracking number and pictures will be emailed.
    ALL items are mailed USPS. It can take 2-10 days, or more, for delivery depending upon your postal delivery service and your postal code,
    Once the order has been mailed, the store releases all liability of package.

    Digital Files: ALL digital files will be emailed, within 7 (seven) wiorking days of purchase, to the email address listed on your PayPal account.

  • Customer Service and other Correspondence

    All emails will be answered within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Emails sent on a Friday, Weekend, or Holiday will be answered within 48 hours or the next business day.
    All correspondence with customers will be through their email address on their PayPal account. Please make sure your PayPal email is up to date.

  • Digital Files

    All digital files will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase. This does not include weekends or Holidays. Items will be emailed on the next business day.
    Storenvy does not have an automatic download for digital files.

  • Refunds and Returns

    Returns are only allowed if items arrive damaged. Contact the store at [email protected] within 5 calendar days after item has been delivered. Pictures of shipping container and damaged item must accompany email. Item will be replaced if damage is from store negligence. Pictures of items will be sent to buyer before shipping showing condition of item ordered.
    Just a Thot designs does not offer refunds on customized purchases or any other purchase.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
